A Moment of Prayer, Commitment, and Celebration
We are honored that you are considering dedicating your child to the Lord. Child Dedication is a meaningful moment where parents intentionally present their child before God and the church family, asking for His grace, wisdom, and guidance as they raise their child.
This dedication is not about salvation, but about commitment—a commitment by parents to lead their child toward Jesus and to create an environment where faith can grow. Parents come prayerfully trusting that, in time, their child will personally place their faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
What Happens During a Child Dedication?
During Child Dedication, parents publicly:

Commit to raising their child in a Christ-centered home

Ask God for wisdom, strength, and guidance in parenting

Invite the church community to partner with them in prayer and support
During the dedication, our church staff and leadership will pray over your child and speak life, blessing, and God’s truth over them, believing God’s Word and promises over their future.
As a church family, we also commit to loving, encouraging, and praying for your child as they grow.
A Celebration with Family and Community
We encourage you to invite family and friends to join you for this special moment. Child Dedication is a joyful celebration of God’s gift and an opportunity for those closest to you to stand with you in prayer and faith.
