A Safe, Joyful, and Spirit-Filled Place for Kids

 
At City Point Church, we believe children are not the Church of tomorrow—they are an important part of the Church today. We are passionate about building up our little ones in the truth and presence of God because there is no junior Holy Spirit. God desires to move powerfully in the lives of children, and we create space for them to encounter Him in age-appropriate, meaningful ways.
 
At this time, City Point Kids provides care and ministry for children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten. As our church continues to grow, our heart is to expand and create environments for additional age groups.
 
 
Check-In & Security

 
Your child’s safety is one of our highest priorities. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a friendly City Point Kids Check-In Team member at our secure check-in station. Each child receives a name tag, and parents receive a matching security tag.

 

We ask parents to share any important information at check-in, including allergies or special needs, so we can best care for your child.
  • All City Point Kids team members have completed a screening process
  • A secure tag system is used for both check-in and check-out
  • Doors to the kids’ area are locked once the main service begins
  • Only authorized individuals with matching security tags are permitted to pick up children
 
 

What Kids Experience

 
City Point Kids is designed to be fun, welcoming, and spiritually rich. Our goal is to help every child feel loved, safe, and excited to be at church.
Kids can expect:
  • Worship with joyful, engaging songs that point them to Jesus
  • Bible-centered teaching that is age-appropriate, Scripture-based, and powerful
  • Activities, games, and playtime that help reinforce biblical truth
  • Snacks provided during their time with us
  • Caring leaders who genuinely love Jesus and love serving His littlest disciples

 

Worship & Teaching
 
During our time of worship, we create space for our children to experience joy, freedom, and connection with God. We encourage kids to worship wholeheartedly—whether that looks like singing, dancing, or quietly engaging with God.
Our lessons are rooted in Scripture and presented in creative, age-appropriate ways. While the teaching is designed for young minds, we believe God speaks clearly to children and forms their hearts early in faith.
Leaders help reinforce what was taught through simple activities and conversation. These moments allow kids to build relationships, ask questions, and begin applying biblical truth in ways they can understand.

 

Pick-Up & Check-Out

When it’s time to pick up your child, please have your security tag visible. For your child’s protection:
  • Children will only be released to an adult with a matching security tag
  • If a security tag is lost, proper identification will be required
  • Parents are not permitted inside classrooms without proper authorization
